Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and experienced Copper Pipe Brazing Trainer to deliver practical training programs in Dubai. The role is ideal for HVAC professionals with hands-on experience in air conditioning systems, copper piping, and brazing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training sessions on copper pipe brazing for HVAC systems.
• Teach:
• Pipe cutting, reaming, and preparation
• Brazing techniques using oxy-acetylene / LPG torches
• Use of filler materials and flux
• Nitrogen purging during brazing
• Leak testing and pressure testing
• Demonstrate safety procedures and best practices.
• Train students on installation of AC copper piping systems (split units, VRF, chilled water connections).
• Conduct hands-on workshops and supervise practical exercises.
• Prepare and update training materials and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Minimum 2–7 years of practical experience in HVAC installation or maintenance.
• Strong experience in copper pipe brazing and AC piping systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site practices.
• Prior training experience is a plus (not mandatory).
• Good communication and demonstration skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Former or current HVAC technician / supervisor.
• Experience with:
• Split AC systems
• VRF/VRV systems
• Chilled water piping
• Ability to train beginners with hands-on guidance.
