Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for websites, emails, ads, social media, product descriptions, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics and trends to develop content strategies.
- Adapt writing style to different brands, tones, and audiences.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all communication channels.
- Optimize copy for SEO when necessary.
- Stay up to date with content trends, best practices, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a copywriter or related role (portfolio required).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and user psychology.
- Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not always required).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing or advertising agencies.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of UX writing and content strategy.
