About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a creative Assamese Copy Writer who is passionate about language, storytelling and shaping narratives that matter.

Roles and responsibilities

- As part of your work at Inclusive Minds, you could be tasked with one or more of the following roles

• Create, edit and proofread Assamese-language content for various social media platforms and campaign materials.
• Work closely with design and editing teams to deliver engaging and appealing Assamese content.
• Translate and adapt political narratives into effective Assamese communication.
• Assist in daily content creation, creative conceptualisation and dissemination of narratives.
• Manage posting schedules, track performance, and report insights.
• Ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and political sensitivity in all Assamese communication.
• Collaborate with designers & editors to deliver engaging visuals + words.
• Support campaign planning with content calendars and coordination.

Desired qualification and experience:

• A minimum of 1 year experience working as Copywriter, Page Manager or Content Executive (media/political/communications background preferred).
• Must be fluent in reading and writing Assamese.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong understanding of Assamese content, language nuances and audience engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹257,137.88 - ₹990,496.76 per year
