Job Summary

At Harry Winston, the Public Relations and Communications team is responsible for connecting and communicating with global audiences, through inspiring narratives that explore the Brand’s rich history, timeless legacy, renowned artistry, new collections, and longstanding reputation as the ultimate New York High Jewelry House.


We are seeking a copywriter with a passion for storytelling, to help further the Brand’s strong messaging to global audiences and across various platforms. This role requires a creative mind, who can craft compelling stories that elevate the House, and effectively communicate messages that align with the House’s annual plans.


Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Work with Senior Director of Global Public Relations to develop engaging brand stories that can be used across multiple platforms, including digital, print, event collateral, and CRM tools.
  • Develop an annual calendar for content development that aligns with the Brand’s overall strategic plans.
  • Create dynamic, narrative-driven copy that conveys the House’s heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
  • Translate Brand stories and collection narratives into longform content for luxury audiences globally.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences, while maintaining the Brand’s tone of voice.
  • Support copy needs for event materials and collateral.
  • Maintain the House’s tone of voice throughout all communications and ensure all written materials from other departments match the tone of voice.
  • Edit and proofread all outgoing content, to optimize for SEO, while also ensuring accuracy and tone of voice, including social media, website, CRM initiatives, and catalogs.


Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or beauty.
  • Proven ability to write narrative rich content that connects with global audiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing story-telling across various platforms.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and tone of voice.
  • Excellent eye for proof reading, editing and grammar.
  • Strong collaborative spirit to work across departments.
  • Preferable to have a degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
