Responsibilities

• Write smart, engaging, and on-brand copy for websites, campaigns, social, video scripts, print, and beyond.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to translate big ideas into compelling creative.
• Contribute to content strategy and concepting. Your words are part of the idea, not an afterthought.
• Research and understand client industries, audiences, and trends to deliver relevant, informed messaging.
• Edit and proofread with precision to maintain clarity, tone, and brand alignment.
• Apply SEO and digital best practices to make sure our content performs as well as it reads.
• Manage multiple deadlines with grace under pressure (and maybe a little caffeine).
• Use tools like monday.com and CMS platforms to stay organized and collaborative.

Skills & Experience

• A strong portfolio showing range, voice, and strategic thinking.
• Proven experience writing for digital, social, and traditional marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO, brand storytelling, and audience psychology.
• Excellent grammar, editing, and attention to detail—your red pen game is strong.
• Ability to adapt to different client voices and industries without losing your creative edge.
• Team player who thrives in feedback-rich, fast-moving environments.
• Experience with monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
