Copywriter

Siu Digital is a content-driven digital agency with over 40 team members, also housing a tech start-up developing its own software products. We are looking for a talented Copywriter to join our growing team.

This role is essential in crafting brand voices and delivering engaging copy for social media and other digital marketing channels.

This position is based in Ankara – candidates must already reside in or near the area.

As a Copywriter, You Will

• Produce clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy with a strong focus on social media, while also creating content for other marketing channels (websites, blogs, landing pages, email content, video scripts)
• Adapt brand voice and tone for different markets, audiences, and cultural contexts
• Support content planning and storytelling efforts for various marketing initiatives
• Guide and support social media specialists in developing impactful content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging standards.
• Conduct trend, market, and competitor research to bring fresh, creative, and relevant ideas into content development.
• Edit, proofread, and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated content projects
• Manage timelines and coordinate content flow across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Key Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency, marketing, or technology environment
• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Turkish (grammar, style, tone)
• Strong conceptual writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt across multiple formats and platforms
• Ability to create blog and long-form content (articles, feature stories, guides)
• Ability to create video and multimedia scripts (short videos, reels, ad spots)
• Experience in guiding or mentoring social media/content teams on best practices
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for language, style, and flow
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing practices is a plus
• Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
