Job Description

Copywriter / Creative Executive – Influencer Marketing

Pollen – Zoo Media


Roles, Responsibilities & Deliverables:


1. Strategic

  • Work closely with influencer partners, talent managers, and content creators to conceptualize new ideas, campaign routes and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop influencer-led case studies in collaboration with the Account Management team for award entries, partnerships, and new business pitches.
  • Identify potential creator categories, niche communities, and emerging platforms to enhance campaign strategy.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Attend mid-size campaign briefs shared by the Account Management team and provide influencer-specific recommendations.
  • Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Meet clients fortnightly to assess satisfaction with influencer strategy, content quality and overall execution while strengthening client relationships.

3. Creative Strategy

  • Decode client briefs with the Account Management team to build influencer-aligned strategies.
  • Develop influencer-first brand strategy and detailed execution plans for campaigns.
  • Create influencer-led strategy routes for new client pitches.
  • Pitch mid-size influencer campaigns to clients along with the Account Management team.
  • Experiment with new creator-driven content formats to enhance pitches, client briefs, and partnerships.
  • Stay updated on creator trends, platform insights, and content consumption patterns to fuel campaign recommendations.

4. Creative Execution

  • Ideate and create contextual, innovative influencer content concepts aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams (art, graphics, video, production) and influencer teams to co-create final campaign deliverables.
  • Support influencer shortlisting, script/content direction, and quality checks to ensure brand alignment.


Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in copywriting & influencer marketing .
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Ability to translate brand objectives into creator-friendly content formats.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creative ideation, and problem-solving ability.
