We’re looking for a Copywriter who understands that words are not decoration—they are levers of behaviour .


Role Overview

As a Copywriter at SRV Media, you will craft copy across performance ads, social media, brand campaigns, websites, landing pages, and pitches . This role sits at the intersection of creativity, psychology, and business outcomes .

You’ll work closely with designers, performance marketers, account managers, and brand strategists to build messaging that performs.


Key Responsibilities

Creative & Performance Copy

  • Write high-impact copy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube scripts, and paid campaigns
  • Create brand-aligned content for social media, websites, landing pages, emails, and campaigns
  • Adapt tone and messaging based on audience, platform, and funnel stage
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visuals work as a single system

Strategy & Thinking

  • Translate business objectives into clear messaging frameworks
  • Develop hooks, value propositions, CTAs, and narratives that drive action
  • Understand funnels, buyer psychology, and conversion principles
  • Iterate copy based on performance data, feedback, and testing

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with performance, brand, and client servicing teams
  • Handle multiple brands and briefs simultaneously with speed and clarity
  • Maintain brand voice, consistency, and quality across all touchpoints


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience as a Copywriter / Content Writer / Creative Writer (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong command of English language, tone, and storytelling
  • Experience writing for digital platforms and performance marketing
  • Ability to think conceptually and execute quickly
  • Portfolio showcasing ad copy, brand content, and campaign


Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
  • Experience with ecommerce, lead generation, or D2C brands
  • Scriptwriting for short-form video / reels / YouTube ads
  • Exposure to brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks
  • Ability to write for multiple industries and audiences
