Ballpoint Marketing & Call Porter

We’re hiring a conversion-focused copywriter to work across two growing companies in real estate and home services.

This role is for someone who understands that copy only matters if it drives action, can be tracked, and performs.

What You’ll Do

• Write high-converting copy for:
• Websites and landing pages
• Email and SMS campaigns
• Sales funnels and nurture sequences
• Apply SEO best practices with search intent in mind
• Write with conversion and attribution as a priority
• Correctly use UTM parameters and understand campaign tracking
• Build and manage email and SMS automations in HubSpot
• Use Zapier to connect tools and trigger workflows
• Optimize copy based on performance data, not opinions

Experience We’re Looking For

• Proven copywriting experience tied to conversion results
• Strong understanding of:
• SEO
• Conversion optimization
• Email and SMS marketing
• HubSpot proficiency required
• Zapier proficiency required
• High attention to detail (links, grammar, logic, tracking)
• Ability to work independently and own outcomes

Major plus:

• Real estate or home services marketing experience
