Job Description

As a Copywriter & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive measurable results. This role requires a blend of creative writing expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and achieve marketing objectives.

Essential Functions for the position

• Write high-quality, persuasive copy for our marketing funnels, case studies, and website.
• Develop creative concepts and messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Develop “They Ask, You Answer” style articles that answer DSP pain points and position HRMDSP as the go-to staffing partner.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
• Manage and maintain all social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok), ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Collaborate with our marketing tech manager to align copy and content with active email and SMS campaigns.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Copywriter, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for social media visuals are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
