Programme Overview

This is a 3-month traineeship programme designed to give aspiring copywriters hands-on exposure in a leading agency environment. Trainees will contribute to content projects within our creative team, gaining practical experience in developing campaign copy, building professional expertise, and working on top brands across industries. The experience is aimed at strengthening writing skills and professional confidence, with high performers considered for a Full-time Junior Copywriter role upon successful completion.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in writing and editing ad copies, social media posts, emailers, and website content.
• Contribute actively in brainstorming sessions, campaign ideation, and pitch decks.
• Adapt content across formats, tones, and platforms while maintaining accuracy and creativity.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Research trends, competitors, and industry insights to strengthen messaging strategies.
• Proofread and edit to ensure high-quality, error-free content delivery.
