Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual designs for branding, signage, print advertising, and digital media using CorelDRAW and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Develop engaging logos, illustrations, motion graphics, and layout designs that align with client branding strategies.
• Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional reception area.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce content for social media, websites, and promotional materials utilizing WordPress, HTML, CSS, Figma, and content management systems.
• Assist in sign manufacturing projects by preparing production-ready artwork with precise color management and typesetting standards.
• Support photo manipulation, digital art creation, and video editing tasks using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Sketch, and InVision.
• Ensure consistent visual design quality by applying principles of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual design best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in CorelDRAW as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong skills in art direction, branding development, logo design, UI/Web design, and digital art creation.
• Knowledge of motion graphics production using Adobe After Effects and video editing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with front desk operations including excellent presentation skills and customer service capabilities.
• Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web-related projects; experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines; strong attention to detail in color management and typesetting.
• Excellent communication skills complemented by a creative mindset; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
