JOB PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Foster strong customer relationships following the completion of sales to support long-term loyalty.
  • Drive repeat business by proactively connecting customers with Parts, Service, and other applicable business lines.
  • Manage customer appreciation initiatives, including ordering and distributing gifts.
  • Plan and coordinate customer appreciation events, open houses, and other engagement activities.
  • Monitor and manage online customer reviews, including Google and social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Provide general marketing support, assisting with campaigns, communications, and promotional activities as needed.

  • Assists team members with any necessary and essential task to ensure a fully functional organization.
  • Provide excellent customer service, with a highly positive and friendly approach.
  • Carry out all company Core Values and generally be available and ready to assist with any other appropriate job task.

  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Outgoing and personable, comfortable engaging with customers in a friendly and confident manner.

  • Professional demeanor, capable of managing challenging or negative customer situations with tact, empathy, and effective problem-solving.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and maintain a positive tone.

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.

  • Industry experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

  • No formal degree required; relevant customer service experience or demonstrated skills are valued.
