Duties:

- companies formation and administration (the main focus is UAE companies administration)
- changes in company's structure

- strike-off, liquidation

- preparation of corporate documents

- liaising with local authorities: Registrar, Tax, Court, Migration

- liaising with registered agents from other jurisdictions

- leasing with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, notary officers, messengers

- billing

Requirements:
- Higher education ( Bachelor of Laws as an advantage)
- Experience as corporate adminictrator in ASP firm - 3-5 years
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages
