The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to all clients and visitors, while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-facing presence. The position plays a key role in enhancing the overall client journey and ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients, visitors, and VIP guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and ensure all visitors are well assisted
- Deliver personalized support to clients, including assisting with applications via the portal when required
- Manage the switchboard efficiently, including handling incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate courier services, including sending/receiving shipments, completing airway bills, and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain proper records of document receipt, dispatch, and delivery
- Support administrative tasks for the Client Experience department as required
Requirements
- High School Certificate (minimum)
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably handling VIP clients
- Languages: Arabic (mandatory) & English (fluent)
