Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join its finance and accounting team. This role is well suited for a professional looking to build strong financial and business acumen while gaining exposure to senior leadership decision-making. Only candidates located in Georgia will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial results for management and parent company leadership
- Develop financial presentation materials for management reviews, budget meetings, and annual planning sessions
- Assist with annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Analyze income statement trends and budget-to-actual variances; communicate key insights to leadership
- Partner with operational and accounting teams to evaluate project-level and business-unit performance
- Support the monthly close process and assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–5 years of financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting-related experience
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and organization
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience preparing management-ready financial reports
- Working knowledge of ERP (ideally, Microsoft D365), accounting, or financial reporting systems
- Experience with BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
