Corporate and B2B Sales Manager

Sartoria Di Ambassador, a premium bespoke menswear and luxury tailoring brand, is seeking a highly experienced and result driven Corporate / B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate sales division. We are looking for a professional who can work independently, execute strategic sales plans, and drive sustainable company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to increase corporate clientele.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new corporate accounts (uniform contracts, executive wardrobes, institutional clients, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the brand professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as Manager in Corporate/B2B Sales (preferably in fashion, textiles, luxury retail, or related industries).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results without constant supervision.
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution abilities.
  • Established corporate network will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Social Media and CRM tools.
