Corporate and Transactional Attorney with 0-3 Years of Experience

Souza Roy, a business law firm in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking a Corporate and Transactional Attorney with 0-3 years of experience. The firm handles banking, business/corporate, civil and commercial litigation, commercial leasing, construction law/litigation, employment, estate planning/administration, franchise, mergers/acquisitions, non-profit, real estate/title, trademark/intellectual property, and succession planning matters.

Our clients are primarily businesses and business owners and the successful candidate will have a strong interest in business representation. An undergraduate degree in business is a plus.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a connection to the local Anne Arundel County area. Start date is flexible. It is okay if you have not yet taken the bar or are pending bar results.

No specific experience needed. We will train the successful candidate.

Desired Degree, Skills and Expertise:

• Juris Doctor
• Licensed in Maryland or a candidate for Maryland bar
• Strong research and writing skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office Software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn
