Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other documents.
• Manage and guide the legal team in the review of projects and contracts.
• Advise on corporate and commercial laws and regulations.
• Assist with due diligence and other related matters.
• Perform legal research and analysis.
• Provide guidance and support to the business on legal matters.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognised university.
• 3+ years of legal experience, ideally gained from a reputable law firm or in-house team.
• Expertise in corporate law, M&A, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
• Excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and proactive approach; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
