Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Corporate Attorney
with a strong background in IT services and consulting. The role involves providing legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations with risk-mitigated solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate
commercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements

Provide legal advice on
corporate governance, compliance, employment, and regulatory matters
.

Support business teams in
client negotiations
and enable smooth deal closures.

Ensure compliance with
data protection, IT laws, and international regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)

Manage
legal risks
and proactively provide strategic advice to leadership.

Liaise with external counsel for
litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
.

Support in drafting
policies, processes, and compliance frameworks
for global operations.

Conduct internal
training and awareness sessions
on compliance and legal best practices.
Requirements

LLB/LLM
from a recognized institution.

5+ years of post-qualification experience
in corporate law, preferably in IT services or consulting organizations.

Strong expertise in
contract drafting and negotiation
with international clients.

Familiarity with
data privacy, intellectual property, labor, and employment laws
.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a
mid-to-large IT services/consulting company

Exposure to
multi-jurisdictional contracts and cross-border legal issues
.

Membership in a
Bar Council / Corporate Legal Association
is a plus.
