Corporate Attorney – Blockchain Consulting Company

Auxis Technologies located in Long Beach Ca is a leading blockchain consulting firm specializing in blockchain technology, digital assets, decentralized finance (DeFi), and enterprise blockchain solutions. We provide advisory, regulatory compliance, and technical consultation to clients ranging from startups to large financial institutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney with expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and corporate law to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters related to blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital assets.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents including partnership agreements, licensing, IP, and service contracts.
• Advise the company and clients on regulatory requirements, including SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, and state-level regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws for blockchain and crypto-related operations.
• Support corporate governance, including advising on board matters, shareholder agreements, and corporate structure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on legal risks and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor legal developments in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and fintech sectors, providing proactive guidance.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of corporate law experience; blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance in blockchain and digital assets.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience advising blockchain startups or tech companies.
• Familiarity with ICOs, STOs, DeFi protocols, and token economics.
• Knowledge of intellectual property protection for blockchain innovations.
• Experience with international blockchain regulations.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience, plus benefits

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per hour
