Corporate Attorney / Counsel

We are a small company looking for an in house counsel attorney that is Nevada licensed and has passed the bar. We need someone immediately and will need him or her to draft pleadings/motions and attend court hearings. We currently have one case in litigation and if will also need the attorney to advise with other business related related matters that are not in litigation.
