Position Overview
Hypesite is seeking a driven Corporate Banking Finance Analyst to join our high-performance finance team. In this critical role, you will analyze and manage financial data for corporate banking products and services, provide strategic insights, and support decision-making to drive business success. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed financial analysis of corporate banking products and services, preparing regular reports on performance, trends, and financial metrics for senior management.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and assess the performance of corporate banking portfolios, including business loans, deposits, credit lines, and treasury products. Provide recommendations for optimization and risk management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing and maintaining financial forecasts and budgets for corporate banking operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.
• Strategic Insights: Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor performance to identify opportunities and risks, delivering actionable insights to support strategic planning.
• Risk Management: Collaborate with the risk management team to assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Product Profitability: Evaluate the profitability of corporate banking products, recommending adjustments in terms, pricing, and structure to maximize returns.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with relationship managers, clients, and internal teams to understand customer needs, improve service offerings, and ensure financial solutions meet client objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all banking financial activities adhere to local and international regulations, accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP), and compliance frameworks.
• Performance Tracking: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate banking, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate banking, financial analysis, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products (e.g., business loans, credit facilities, treasury management) and financial services industry trends.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to banking operations in Qatar and globally.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights from complex financial data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) are a plus.
