Corporate / Business Attorney (1 to 3 years' experience required)

Carothers & Hauswirth LLP is seeking attorneys with 1 to 3 years’ experience in corporate transactional law and general business law to join our team in our Pittsburgh (Greentree) office. A qualified candidate will have broad business law knowledge and be qualified to represent clients in a wide range of "day to day" issues from entity selection and incorporation to general contract law, creditor rights, employment matters to business and asset sales. Experience representing small and mid-size companies is a plus. Prior positions in private practice or a general counsel team required.

Excellent writing skills and a commitment to providing superior legal service are basic qualifications. Compensation packages are commensurate with experience and include bonus structure and benefits (health benefits, 401(k)). The positions offered are based at the firm’s offices located in Foster Plaza (Green Tree).
