Corporate / Business Attorney (1 to 3 years' experience required)

Carothers & Hauswirth LLP is seeking attorneys with 1 to 3 years’ experience in corporate transactional law and general business law to join our team in our West Chester, PA office. A qualified candidate will have broad business law knowledge and be qualified to represent clients in a wide range of "day to day" issues from entity selection and incorporation to general contract law, creditor rights, employment matters to business and asset sales. Experience representing small and mid-size companies is a plus. Prior positions in private practice or a general counsel team required.

Excellent writing skills and a commitment to providing superior legal service are basic qualifications. Compensation packages are commensurate with experience and include bonus structure and benefits (health benefits, 401(k)).
