We are seeking a Corporate Business Development Executive to drive growth, expand our corporate client base, and strengthen our position at the forefront of the travel business.

Position Overview

The Corporate Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating high-value partnerships, and managing relationships with key clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in sales, corporate travel solutions, and business development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding MajeStay’s reach, enhancing revenue streams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Strategic Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate travel and tourism sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and new opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
  • Negotiate and close corporate travel agreements and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee delivery of customized travel solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive lead generation and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, bids, and business cases.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance, reporting to senior management.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate travel programs.
  • Support marketing campaigns that promote corporate travel solutions and brand visibility.
  • Contribute to product innovation by sharing client feedback and industry insights.

5. Team Leadership (if applicable)

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business development executives.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate partnerships within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel management, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and industry networking.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
