We’re seeking a Corporate and Business Litigator with the heart of a servant leader, the drive of an entrepreneur, and the skills of a ‘Big Law’ attorney. You’ll take charge of our litigation practice by leading complex business disputes, mentoring team members, and helping shape the next phase in Boon Legal’s growth.

In this role, you will:

• lead and expand Boon Legal’s litigation practice
• collaborate with our transactional teams to deliver integrated client solutions for complex business issues
• build enduring client relationships grounded in integrity and trust
• strengthen firm systems, culture, and scalable operations
• mentor and develop junior attorneys and team members through shared learning and accountability
• manage a portfolio of complex corporate and commercial disputes from inception to strategy to resolution, in negotiations, mediation, or litigation
• communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and legal guidance
• stay current with relevant legal and industry developments

As an ideal candidate, you will bring:

• a deep alignment with our just cause and our values
• at least 5 years of business litigation or white-collar prosecution experience with a track record of successful outcomes
• a proven book of business or strong client network ready to grow within a collaborative framework
• a collaborative approach to problem solving
• an entrepreneurial mindset that sees ownership as an opportunity
• expertise in negotiation, advocacy, and litigation strategy
• integrity, humility, and emotional intelligence

You must be:

• a Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• an active license and be in good standing to practice (preferrably in Tennessee)
• expertise in complex business litigation or white-collar prosecution, including case evaluation, discovery, and trial preparation
• excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strategic problem-solving skills
