The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Classroom Trainer to deliver impactful training sessions tailored to our client’s specifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for engaging adult learners, and a passion for employee development. This role involves both classroom instruction and post-training coaching to ensure maximum performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on our client’s platforms.
  • Develop, update, and customize training materials, presentations, learning aids, and assessments.
  • Provide coaching and support on the call center floor after training sessions to reinforce learning and optimize agent performance.
  • Create a positive, interactive, and participative learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing skill development initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old or older.
  • Proven experience in corporate training, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with virtual training delivery is a plus.
  • Certification in training or relevant technical areas is advantageous.
  • Creative and innovative approach to delivering training.
  • Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to pass a federal level background check, and a drug screen.
