Job Description

Manage and develop strategic communication and stakeholder networks at both national and international levels.

Act as the primary liaison for assigned business divisions, ensuring their communication needs are understood and effectively addressed.

Design and implement tailored communication strategies that align with divisional and corporate objectives.

Lead and evolve the National and International PR Network, ensuring brand coherence and strategic alignment across regions.

Increase brand visibility through strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry organizations, media, and thought leaders.

Identify and leverage opportunities for compelling storytelling, Media relations, and brand positioning across internal and external platforms.

Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability communication strategies that align with the company’s environmental and social goals.

Increase brand visibility through strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry organizations, media, and thought leaders.

Monitor market dynamics and emerging sustainability trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Foster employee engagement through consistent, inspiring messaging across all communication channels.

Conduct relevant analyses and prepare reports to measure the impact of communication initiatives and support brand objectives.
Qualifications
-
Master's and/or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Journalism and Marketing, Business Administration or relevant social sciences from reputable universities.

5-7 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations or brand management at corporations and/or third party agencies.

Proven track record in managing corporate brands across multiple markets, content and campaign creation as well as managing strategic partnerships and fostering thought leadership initiatives.

Ability to perform in multinational, complex matrix organization.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with result-driven and solution-oriented personality.

Ability to analyze and create communication concepts as well as develop storylines tailored to multiple channels.

Experience in corporate communication strategies, implementations and executions.

Curious and self-learner with the ability to transform learnings into creative ideas.

Fluent in English both written and spoken.

Good command of MS Office programs.
