Corporate Communication Executive

We are looking for a team member who will work as a "Corporate Communication Executive" to be appointed at Zorlu Holding Corporate Communications and Sustainability department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Social Sciences, Communications or related fields,
• Preferably completed coursework in sociology, psychology, philosophy, anthropology or political sciences; participation in double major/minor programs is a plus,
• 8+ years of professional experience,
• Preferably experienced in agency and/or corporate environments,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English,
• Strong project management, coordination and organizational skills,
• Experience in developing and managing integrated communication projects,
• Proven ability in writing internal and external announcements, speeches and various communication materials,
• Strong presentation skills with high attention to detail,
• Innovative, agile, collaborative and strategically minded,
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and communication tools,
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• High media literacy with a close interest in global developments, trends and cultural transformations,
• Solid experience in corporate communications, particularly in crisis communication, corporate affairs, reputation management, stakeholder management, internal communication and leadership communications,
• Passionate about building a long-term career in corporate communications.

Job Description

• Building and implementing strategy and corporate brand communication plan to improve corporate reputation with solid stakeholder (external and internal) management in collaboration with Corporate Communications team.
• Planning and implementing ATL +BTL (TV&Radio, Outdoor, Print) communications which align with brand strategy
• Developing written and high-quality audio-visual content for relevant external and internal audiences on online and offline platforms,
• Managing online and offline communication channels including corporate publications, promotional materials and e-mail marketing tools.
• Manage the company website and update content through web content management systems.
• Managing internal & external digital and social assets,
• Managing day to day relationships with relevant partners & agencies,
• Maximizing internal impact and enhance the profile of the company at local, regional and national level by planning and delivering brand communication,
