Summary:
Incumbent supports the Company and the Communication and Customer Experience Manager in all internal and external communication and customer facing efforts to ensure consistent brand voice and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
oPerforms all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external
safety requirements, supports ITRCC’s safety culture, attends all safety training, and completes allcompliance trainings as required by ITRCC.
oUpholds ITRCC’s core values: Community, Actions, Reliability, Excellence and Safety (CARES).
Level 1(including General):
oMedia content creation.
oSocial media management.
oAssist in stakeholder outreach and engagement.
oUpdate/manage content on the public website.
oWriting copy for internal and external communications.
oFormation and review of other departments communications as requested.
oCompliance knowledge within ITR CLA, MUTDC compliance
oAll other duties as assigned.
oWriting copy for press releases and sustainability stories with little editorial requirements.
oRepresentation of Communication department for project meetings with capability to answerquestions, prep agendas, transcribe notes, etc.
oResponsible for change management of website (public and secure) compliance.
oDrafting board level reports and executive level request
oMedia response preparation and “media ready – public speaking” certification required (Nationalspeakers association or equivalent).o*Tier changes can happen if the employee meets the qualifications during the next review period.
