Job Scope:

As the Director Corporate Communications at Adeera, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that shape the company’s public image, enhance brand reputation, and authentically represent Saudi hospitality to the world. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee all external and internal communications, including media relations, public affairs, crisis management, and digital content. Your role will be critical in fostering stakeholder trust, promoting brand consistency, and driving cultural alignment across the organization.

Job Scope:

As the Director Corporate Communications at Adeera, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that shape the company’s public image, enhance brand reputation, and authentically represent Saudi hospitality to the world. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee all external and internal communications, including media relations, public affairs, crisis management, and digital content. Your role will be critical in fostering stakeholder trust, promoting brand consistency, and driving cultural alignment across the organization.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


Lead corporate communications strategy and brand reputation:

  • Design and implement a strategic communications roadmap aligned with Adeera’s purpose and growth ambitions.
  • Shape narratives that reinforce Adeera’s identity as a leader in Saudi hospitality.

Oversee internal and external communications:

  • Ensure consistent messaging across departments and platforms.
  • Lead internal initiatives that strengthen curator engagement and organizational alignment.

Manage media and public relations:

  • Build strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
  • Direct the development and distribution of press releases, statements, and media materials.

Direct digital communication efforts:

  • Supervise social media and online content strategy to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital presence.
  • Monitor performance and adapt strategies based on analytics and audience engagement.

Plan and execute public engagements and events:

  • Organize conferences, forums, and speaking opportunities to elevate Adeera’s visibility.
  • Represent the brand at key industry and community functions.

Lead crisis communication and risk mitigation:

  • Prepare and implement protocols for crisis response to protect the company’s reputation.
  • Provide timely and strategic responses during public challenges.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders:

  • Align communication efforts with branding, HR, operations, legal, and other departments.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with tailored communication support

Evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement:

  • Track KPIs, media coverage, and feedback to assess impact and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in communications.

Manage communication budgets and team performance:

  • Ensure cost-effective planning and execution of communication initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture with a focus on creativity and accountability.

Maintain strong internal and external relationships to amplify communication impact:

  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, operations, legal, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment in messaging and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, regulatory bodies, crisis consultants, and key external stakeholders to promote Adeera’s reputation and visibility.
