Corporate Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative communications professional to join our corporate communications team. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated communications strategies that strengthen corporate reputation, align internal and external narratives, and support business objectives. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong executive communications skills, experience managing cross-functional programs, and a measurement-minded approach to demonstrating impact.

Key Responsibilities - Corporate Communications

  • Develop and implement proactive corporate communications plans that advance reputation, support business priorities, and communicate corporate strategy across internal and external channels.

  • Lead executive communications, including speechwriting, executive presentations, CEO/leadership announcements, and talking points; counsel senior leaders on messaging, delivery, and audience alignment.

  • Oversee internal communications programs to engage employees, reinforce culture and values, and drive alignment during organizational change, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

  • Manage external corporate messaging—press releases, corporate statements, thought leadership, and regulatory communications—ensuring consistency of tone, fact, and brand across stakeholders.

  • Coordinate cross-functional communications with marketing, legal, HR, investor relations, and product teams to align timing, messaging, and approvals for company announcements.

  • Lead issue and reputation management, including rapid response communications, spokesperson coordination, holding statements, and escalation protocols when sensitive situations arise.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and vendors; develop briefs, oversee deliverables, and monitor performance and budget to ensure quality and value.

  • Design and measure communications programs using metrics and insights—employee engagement, message penetration, media coverage, sentiment, and KPI dashboards—to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategy.

  • Develop and maintain corporate content and assets such as executive bios, corporate backgrounders, Q&A documents, and intranet materials to support consistent and accurate storytelling.

  • Provide media and presentation training to spokespeople and leaders; prepare tailored briefing materials and conduct mock interviews and coaching sessions.

  • Stay current on industry and media trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity; incorporate timely opportunities and risk mitigations into communications plans.

Required Qualifications - Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Corporate Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive corporate communications, internal communications, or related experience supporting executive-level programs and complex organizations.

  • Proven experience delivering executive communications, internal engagement programs, and integrated corporate campaigns with measurable results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, persuasive messages for diverse audiences and channels.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable advising senior executives and partnering cross-functionally to align communications with business goals.

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and reporting tools to measure communication outcomes and inform strategy.

  • High ethical standards, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Preferred Qualifications - Domain & Tools

  • Experience with change communications, merger/acquisition communications, investor/analyst relations support, or crisis communications programs.

  • Familiarity with internal communications platforms, employee engagement tools, media monitoring and PR measurement solutions (e.g., Cision, Meltwater), and social listening platforms.

  • Background in newsroom, agency, or corporate communications functions with experience managing external partners and creative production.

  • Experience creating content for digital channels, intranets, town halls, video, and multimedia assets to engage employees and external stakeholders.
