Position Overview
ModRN Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in a full-time hybrid role. This nurse will provide onsite care three days per week at our employer clinic in Memphis, Tennessee, with two days dedicated to virtual care. The role balances hands-on clinical work with proactive, relationship-driven health management.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Conduct onsite lab testing, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and basic diagnostic procedures.
• Manage vitals, medication administration, vaccinations, wound care, and other routine clinical services.
• Triage acute and chronic concerns and coordinate with ModRN Health physicians for follow-up or referrals.
• Provide personalized health education, medication reconciliation, and post-visit support.
• Serve as a trusted health advocate—guiding members to the right care at the right time.
• Maintain clinic supplies, documentation, and workflows to support efficient, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity between onsite and virtual care.
• Uphold all professional, documentation, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Compact RN license (ADN accepted; BSN preferred).
• 5+ years of recent hospital or primary care experience (ED, Med-Surg, Cardiac, or Primary Care preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment, lab, and triage skills.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with virtual care platforms and comfort in hybrid clinical delivery.

Job Details

• Full-Time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
