Position Overview

ModRN Health is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in a full-time hybrid role serving employees, faculty, and staff of a university employer in the Lincoln University, Pennsylvania area. This is not a student health clinic.

This role includes three consistent onsite clinic days per week at an employer-sponsored clinic and two virtual care days per week supporting members through proactive outreach, triage, care coordination, and follow-up. The specific onsite schedule is still being finalized, but the onsite days will be set on a regular weekly schedule once determined.

This is an ideal role for a clinically strong RN who enjoys both hands-on care and relationship-based nursing. The right nurse will be comfortable working independently, building trust with members, collecting labs, coordinating with providers, and helping people navigate the healthcare system with more confidence and less confusion.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based nursing care in both onsite and virtual settings
• Complete member assessments, triage concerns, and identify appropriate next steps
• Support acute, chronic, preventive, and follow-up care needs
• Perform vitals, venipuncture, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, vaccinations, medication administration, wound care, and other routine clinical services as appropriate
• Collect labs in the onsite clinic on a regular basis and ensure proper handling, documentation, and follow-through
• Coordinate with ModRN Health physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical team members when follow-up, referrals, or additional support is needed
• Provide health education, medication reconciliation, care navigation, and post-visit support
• Help members understand their care options and access the right care at the right time
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Support clinic readiness, supplies, workflows, and a positive member experience
• Collaborate with the broader ModRN Health team to ensure continuity between onsite and virtual care

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license or eligible multistate compact RN license
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• 5+ years of recent clinical nursing experience required; 7+ years preferred
• Venipuncture and specimen collection experience required
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency department, med-surg, cardiac, occupational health, employer clinic, or similar outpatient settings preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, communication, and patient education skills
• Comfort using technology, virtual care platforms, and electronic documentation systems
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative clinical team
• A warm, steady, member-centered approach to care

Schedule & Work Setting

• Full-time position
• Hybrid role based near Lincoln University, PA
• Employer-sponsored clinic serving university employees, faculty, and staff
• This is not a student health clinic
• Three consistent onsite clinic days per week; exact days to be finalized

Pay: $78,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
