Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Attorney to join team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to draft comprehensive legal documents. The Corporate Attorney will work closely with executive management and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on various construction-related matters, including contracts, disputes, and compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to protect the company's interests.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, ensuring favorable outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in law that may impact the construction sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with ongoing and future projects.

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction law or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
