Corporate Consultant (French Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Setup Consultant to guide clients through every step of the company formation process.

Your Role

Provide expert guidance to clients on the various types of company structures available in Dubai, including mainland, free zone, and offshore options.

Advise clients on business licensing, legal frameworks, and regulations related to business setup in Dubai and the UAE.

Coordinate the complete company formation process, including business registration, trade license applications, visa processing, and PRO services.

Liaise with relevant authorities, such as the Dubai Economic Department (DED), Dubai Free Zones Authority, and other government entities, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Provide clear timelines and ensure that all paperwork, approvals, and submissions are completed promptly.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and client relationship management.

Stay updated on Dubai’s dynamic business landscape, including the latest changes in laws, regulations, and market trends that impact business setup.

Offer after-sales services, including bank account opening assistance, Accounting and Taxation services

About You

Proven experience in business setup consultancy, ideally within the UAE market.

Strong knowledge of UAE’s regulatory environment, business setup procedures, and free zone options.

Familiarity with local business structures, licensing types, and company formation processes.

Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage.
