This Corporate Controller role will provide financial leadership and oversight across both companies, supporting consolidated accounting functions, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making at the corporate level.

Position Overview

The Controller will build, own, and continuously improve the complete finance structure of Total Turf Golf Servies AND The Arrimour Group Property Services. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for turning finance into a repeatable, disciplined operating platform that supports profitable growth and full compliance.

Job Description

  • Oversee the accounts payable process while providing support and oversight for accounts receivable activities as needed.
  • Monitor payroll compliance, payroll coding accuracy, employee setup, and supporting records for audits and reporting.
  • Manage core accounting functions including reconciliations, journal entries, account analysis, and budget support.
  • Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial statements across both entities.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate with outside accountants, payroll providers, tax advisors, auditors, and insurance or banking partners when needed.

Requirements

  • Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting leadership experience in a multi-entity or multi-division service business; landscape, construction, facilities, or field service background strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Aspire, Acumatica, or comparable ERP/field-service platforms preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building financial procedures and improving reporting accuracy.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
