Corporate Counsel- Legal & Compliance

Our Client is a multinational company in the building solutions industry:

Job Role :

• Leading the legal & compliance functions of the organisation in the MEA region
• Drafting and reviewing all types of corporate documents as well as contracts and agreements, distribution agreements, MOUs, sponsorship & marketing agreements, etc
• Working with the Senior Management Team on commercial negotiations
• Accountable for the organisations governance and compliance efforts, compliance audits, compliance trainings and policies & procedures
• Ensuring that the organisation adheres to all legal frameworks and is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies & procedures

Applicant requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Compliance Certification is desirable
• 8 to 10 years of experience in a legal/compliance role handling the MEA region
• Experience in a building solution/manufacturing/engineering industry
• Knowledge of Corporate Law & procedures a must
• Fluency in Arabic & English is a must, French an added advantage
