Corporate Credit BA

We're looking for a Corporate Credit BA to support our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, specifically around the Credit Journey (from credit application to approval and disbursement).
  • Analyze and map current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the Corporate Banking credit processes.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and solutions for the Credit Journey.
  • Ensure all requirements are clearly defined and communicated to development teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision making and track progress against business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Support testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of solutions within the Corporate Banking space.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate Banking, with direct exposure to the Credit Journey process.
  • Strong understanding of credit workflows, from application to approval and disbursement.
  • Ability to gather and document detailed business requirements, including functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with banking systems, credit risk assessment, and loan management processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross functional teams.
  • Strong problem solving skills with an analytical approach to business challenges.
  • Experience using Azure boards for requirements management and project tracking.
