Corporate Development Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and analytical Corporate Development Specialist to support our growth strategy through market analysis, strategic partnerships, and M&A activities. This role will work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in shaping the company’s expansion roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Support the identification and evaluation of strategic growth opportunities, including partnerships, investments, and acquisitions
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
Build financial models and perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
Assist in due diligence processes across financial, operational, and commercial areas
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, consultants)
Track performance of strategic initiatives and provide insights for optimization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or private equity
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and deal processes
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
