Job Summary

Drive and grow corporate and events revenue while positioning Sweet Treats brands as a preferred partner for high-volume corporate gifting and events.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve the annual corporate sales revenue.
• Develop and manage corporate, government, and private sector accounts.
• Lead end-to-end corporate sales and events execution.
• Leverage strong database and industry contacts.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and merchandising teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in a reputable confectionery / food brand with strong corporate business
• Proven leadership, people management, and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally & overseas.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required.
