We are looking for  driven and ambitious professionals  to join our  Corporate Advisory Team .

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate finance projects — including  valuations ,  M&A transactions , and  project finance models  — while gaining direct exposure to clients and senior advisors.

• Analyze financial statements to identify corporate finance opportunities.
• Conduct industry and sector benchmarking.
• Build financial and investment models for project finance and valuation purposes.
• Prepare presentations, valuation reports, and financial due diligence documents.
• Develop cash-flow projections and business models to support client growth strategies.
• Participate in M&A processes, including company valuation and deal structuring.
• Track market and industry trends on both local and global scales.
• Support the preparation of market analyses and internal reports.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in  Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering .
• 0–5 years of experience in  investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, or financial analysis .
• Strong command of  English  (a second foreign language is a plus).
• Proficient in  MS Office  and familiar with financial modeling tools.
• Curious about new technologies and open to innovation.
• A  collaborative team player  with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
