Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst with strong experience in banking, financing, and investment analysis. Exposure to real estate finance, brokerage, or asset management will be a strong advantage.

This role will support financial decision-making across Corporate operations, real estate development projects, and investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze investment, sales revenue, commissions, and deal pipelines for Corporate operations
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies
• Perform ROI, IRR, NPV, cash flow, and sensitivity analysis
• Monitor CAPEX, OPEX, budgets, and cost variances
• Track Sales, Rental income, NOI, occupancy rates, and portfolio performance
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare management, investor, and performance reports
• Assist with capital planning, financing structures, banking coordination, and risk analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, banking, financing, or investment analysis
• Strong expertise in financial modeling & advanced Excel
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Experience in investment evaluation and valuation techniques
• Real estate finance experience is an added advantage
• GCC market experience preferred
