We are currently looking for a "Corporate Finance and Valuation Manager" for Aydem Holding with the following qualification;

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, valuation or financial advisory
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, debt financing, and valuation methodologies
  • Prior experience in the energy, infrastructure, or power sectors is a strong plus
  • Experience with rating agency interactions is preferred
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with IFRS, M&A due diligence, and financial regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence key decisions


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Corporate Finance Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital raising efforts, including Eurobond issuances, syndicated loans, and project finance transactions
  • Manage debt and equity financing structures to optimize capital allocation and liquidity
  • Develop financial models for strategic planning, M&A, and investment decisions
  • Support rating agency presentations, investor roadshows, and financial reporting
  • Work closely with investment banks, lenders, and legal teams on financing activities
  • Analyze financial performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives


Valuation Responsibilities:

  • Supervise asset valuation exercises, ensuring compliance with IFRS and best practices
  • Oversee discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, comparable company analysis (CCA), and other valuation methodologies
  • Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments for energy sector investments.
  • Provide valuation insights for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies on valuation matters
