Job Title: Finance & Restructuring Associate – Corporate Finance

Location: Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, Princeton, San Francisco, Washington D.C.

Job Type: Full Time | Direct Hire (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Salary: $180,000 – $315,000 per year (Depending on Experience and Location) Plus Benefits

Job Summary:

• Our client is actively recruiting a Finance Associate to join its Finance & Restructuring Practice Group.
• The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance or working with financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers on finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate loan, security, intercreditor, and related transaction documents.
• Advise clients on covenant compliance and transaction structures.
• Lead due diligence teams and coordinate with subject matter specialists.
• Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
• Support a broad range of corporate finance and real estate financing transactions.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or financial transactions.
• Experience representing financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and financing structures.
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical ability, and writing skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
