We're hiring an experienced Corporate Finance Consultant to support our advisory team in delivering high-quality valuation and feasibility study engagements. You'll work directly with clients across different industries, building financial models, analyzing markets, and producing reports that guide major business decisions such as investments, acquisitions, fundraising, and new project launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute business valuation engagements using accepted methods (Discounted Cash Flow, Market Multiples, Net Asset Value, etc.).
- Prepare detailed feasibility studies for new projects, expansions, and investment opportunities across various sectors.
- Build and maintain financial models in Excel, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support assumptions used in valuation and feasibility reports.
- Write clear, well-structured reports and presentations for clients, partners, and investors.
- Work with senior team members on due diligence assignments, mergers and acquisitions support, and other corporate finance projects.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather information, present findings, and address technical questions.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments relevant to corporate finance and valuations.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client pitches.
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA, MSc Finance) is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in the same role, specifically in corporate finance with a clear focus on business valuations and feasibility studies.
- Prior experience working in a Big 4 firm, mid-tier advisory firm, investment bank, or corporate finance boutique is strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CVA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of valuation standards and feasibility study frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling and a proven track record of delivering complex models from scratch.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, scenario analysis).
Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Confident report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements at the same time and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of the Kuwait and regional business environment.
- Comfortable working directly with clients at all levels, including senior executives.
- Team player with the ability to also work independently when needed.
