Designation : Corporate Finance Manager

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) – are preferrable.

Experience : 6–12 years

Skills Required :

6+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Business Finance .

Prior experience in fundraising, M&A, valuation, or strategic finance

Experience working with senior leadership or investors will be added as an advantage.

Salary: 15lpa -20lpa

Location: Kilpauk, chennai.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate finance and strategic finance initiatives
• Build and review financial models, valuations, and scenario analysis
• Support fundraising, debt raising, and investor presentations
• Prepare business plans, pitch decks, and investment memorandums
• Assist in M&A activities, including due diligence and transaction support
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management
• Partner with cross-functional teams on growth and expansion projects
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, and legal advisors
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and policies
• Guide and mentor junior team members (if applicable).
