This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, and financial advisory services. You will lead corporate finance projects and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellency in the corporate finance services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• Capital Markets Board Advanced Level License is required; CFA Charterholders are highly desirable.

• Candidates will be appointed based on their professional background, with 4–7 years or 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, research, asset management, or financial advisory.

• Proven analytical acumen combined with strong project management capabilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to capital market transactions, including IPOs, debt issuances, M&A advisory, company valuations, and financial modeling.

• Prepare comprehensive financial and analytical reports on companies and industries.

• Conduct in-depth financial and market analyses to support transaction execution and business development activities.

• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the investment banking and corporate finance sectors.
