To provide high quality management and business consulting services toour local and international clients in setting up their businesses in the UAE,as well as to coordinate and handle their administrative and operationalrequirements post establishment of their companies, and throughout theiroperational cycle. Company Formation Specialist is required to provideeffective and proactive support to our clients with an aim to offer the bestservice and assistance in a result-oriented approach while using excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Company incorporation in allfree zones and jurisdictions under the Ministry of Economy in UAE (Free ZoneEstablishment, LLC, IBC, Sole Establishment, Branch Incorporation, Subsidiary,etc.)
• License renewal of companiesincorporated by us, as well as new customers who require such services from us. Proposing applicablealternatives that suit to their purpose of incorporating their company.
• To follow and execute KYCand other relevant compliance procedures of 3rd parties, banks, andjurisdictional authorities.
• Helpclients to get up and running immediately by eliminating the time-consumingprocedures for visas, permits, bank account, licenses and provide specializedPRO services, document clearing and assistance for labor, immigration, economicand municipality department issues

Requirements

• Candidatemust have excellent command of verbal and written Russian and English at the highlanguage level
• Work experience of min 3+years in UAE in corporate services industry, company formation andbank accounts opening
• Knowledgeablein business setup laws and regulations in UAE as well as able
• Shall have excellentbusiness communication skills both verbal and writing
• Demonstrated drive tosolve problems with high energy and a positive attitude
